Do I have to sign a contract?
No long-term contract. Once your site is live, there's a 3-month minimum. After that, it's month to month: cancel anytime from the billing page, and service runs through the month you've paid for. Local Presence on its own can be canceled anytime.
Will you post anything without asking me?
No. Every post, reply and site change is sent to you first, by text or email. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You add me as a manager on your Google Business Profile, which takes 2 minutes, and you can remove me at any time.
Can you get me more reviews?
I'll help you ask real customers for reviews the right way, with a simple link and a QR code. I never write or buy fake reviews.
Do you offer referral rewards?
Yes. For every business you refer that signs up and pays its first month, you get half a month off your plan. There's no limit. Credits go on your next bill and have no cash value.
What can't you build?
My plans cover websites and Google profiles. Online stores, inventory systems, employee portals and connections to platforms like Shopify or Square aren't included. Ask me first and I'll tell you whether I can help and what it would cost.
What data do you collect, and do you use cookies?
Only what I need to do the work and bill you: your contact and business details, form answers and payment status from Stripe. No tracking or ad cookies, and I never sell your information. Privacy Policy · Cookie Policy
What if I want to keep my site after I cancel?
After 6 months with me, you can buy out your site for a one-time $1,200. You get the files, your photos and your text. If you don't buy it out, your site comes down when service ends.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel before your site goes live and you get a full refund. Once it's live, your first 3 months are non-refundable. After that there are no refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep service through the month you've paid for. Refund Policy
